Is it at all possible to have my character returned or found? Can we roll back my account to around 12 hours ago? I’ve been playing for a while and to lose all of my best stuff would really suck. I have tried restarting redowoadimg and logging in and can’t get him back.

Hello, I opened a void Shard and revived a Psylar. I went back to check it a few minutes later after getting kicked off and now I can’t find her. Please help??? I was super excited to see her then she just disappeared. I could use a GM or Admin or something! Please and thank you
