Could you help me please? 

About 12 hours ago i noticed that ~ 300 rubins and my exp boost just disapeared. I thought it somehow conneted to fact i've achieved lvl 30. 

But today when i tried to lauch a game i got massage, that my account was banned due to too many refunds. 

I didnt provide a single refund and dont even know how to do it actually. 

I didnt recieve any money back and didnt get any email notification. 

Also ima losing progress now, i spend my money and now lost access to account. 

Would be great if you can do something with that.
