No, unfortunately. If you're in a private chat server (like Discord) you could ask the leader or deputies to talk to someone. Otherwise, unless what they're saying is tripping up the chat filter then they won't be censored. As well, you can also report anyone saying something you think might be breaking chat rules to support.
