What an absolute joke. Plarium is a dire underachieving sham. The customer service is worse rated than UPS?!!! Ditch them and find another game/s

If you logged into a facebook account before connecting the previous one, logout of the face book and restart the game, it should go back to the unconnected game, otherwise try uninstalling and reinstalling after logging out of the current account

Problem right After I Made Some Purchases I broke my Moto z2 put My Sim In Another moto  phone and it put me into my first account which I don't want now I can't login on Either account both Were linked 1 to FB the other to Plarium. And now it Keeps starting new accounts any ideas?

same issue.  but all they did was cut/paste the FAQ and tell you to follow that even if you stated you did already. It's extremely ignorant that we have to wait 5+ days for a reply and then whenever you feel like responding to our reply.  what's the point of giving us in game IDs that you can't use anywhere (numerical ones you give us)  then tell us to use our emails to login to FB or Plarium and still get the loop!(and yes, the accounts were all logged out of everything)

When you click you avatar, click on the 'Profile' tab.

You will see the white 'Plarium ID' button, blue 'Facebook' button, and 'Login' button on the bottom.

Select the 'Login' button and enter in your email & password. This should connect you to your existing account. 

Click on your player ICON.  DO NOT CLICK ON THE THREE TABS FOR PLARIUM, APPLE OR FACEBOOK.  Look down on your screen and find the log in / log out buttons.  LOGOUT!  Then login using the email and password you used to open your regular account. You can switch between accounts in this fashion as well. It is tied to your email account not the plarium, apple or facebook tabs up top.
