I confirm the email address is correct and the web site tells me an email has been sent but I do not get the email.
I have check my junk folder and I've put in a white list for plarium.com.

My email account is working fine I am not getting the authorisation code when trying to login.

This is happening to me as well since yesterday (May 24). I can access my account through Plarium Play (since I never log out), but when I try to switch accounts on iphone, I no longer receive a 2 FA code in my email. This worked fine for months and as recently as May 20.
I had to use my wife's account to make this post, since my account doesn't receive the 2 FA code when trying to log into the forum either.
I am relieved to see others having the same issue. I have an open support ticket as well.
