This is ridiculous. I've spent hundreds of dollars of money on ingame content and the payment always goes through. The 1 time I asked for help on something I get no response for over a week despite the fact that mods have been on and posting on other complaints of the same or similar issues that came in AFTER my request. This is absolutely ridiculous.
