My Raid account which I've been playing on mobile for months is linked to a Plarium and Facebook account. I've logged into the Plarium account on Plarium Play and when I load the game it loads a level 2 account not my level 60.
are you using your main account's email to to in to plarium play to get into the game to enter your account?

hello, the same thing happens to me that I have a level 31 account on my mobile, I put the account in plarium play and I split a new one and when I finish the tutorial I can log in from profile settings. I need urgent help I am Spanish I would appreciate you answering me in my language or if it can be answered the same please

You have an option in game to link your gamn progress to plarium. id. After this you can play at pc too with plarium play.

Deberá vincular su cuenta a su cuenta de Facebook o Plarium. Entonces podrás jugar en cualquier dispositivo que elijas
this is happening to me and it's clearly been happening to everyone for a while so maybe take some of that marketing budget and put it into fixing this s**t. Im sitting here being forced through a gruelling tutorial again just so i can follow forum advice and try and link my account manually through settings once i am done....this is ridiculous.

Yes i did.
Could there gone something wrong with the linking from the phone (with FB login) to the linking of the plarium id?
Update:
Took another look now after beeing away over chrismas. And my acc on my mobile is no longer connected to my plarium id and i cant connect it to it either...
Hello, I have an account on mobile, but then i downloaded the game on PC. It was working fine at first, but now every time I go to play the game it says "the game is currently experiencing so issues."
