Today I looged in and found that my active account JohnDifool, was banned due to having multiple accounts. I didn't know it was against the rules to have multiple accounts, I decided to start over after realizing I had made many mistakes in the game progress and wanted to start over from the beginning. I spent a lot of money on this game and I want my account reinstated. This was not for any purpose of buying or selling an account, I just wanted start over and I got much farther.
