To solve an issue on my phone he was reset. as I lost my account on the phone but was still able to play on the tablet I tried to recover my ID on the tablet. when un succesfull I also loged out on my tablet ever since I was not able to recover the gameMy email should be

Yes I had a plarium account to play on my phone and tablet.
You send me an password reset but to log in on the forum I need a password so that's OK.
I now I used this mail account to my account but I am not sure any more that the mail address was 100% correct. I assume it was.
When I tried to log in again I was directed to a new game so I reinstalled the game with the same result.
Look I just want to continue my game With Elhaine as my favorite champion I had already 3 ledgendary hero's and 3000+ energy to play.
I invested a lot of money to get there and all that is lost for now
