I keep getting this pop up after every pause or location transition in the game, example; from Ice Golem to Main Screen/Area. But I am NOT attempting to make any purchases so why am I getting this pop up?

I play on Android, G22 Ultra and PC through Plarium. The pop up started after the Jetni event started, then there was a quick maintence and it went away. Yesterday, 5/24 it started again and currently I can't log on at all. It now pops up with a Connection Error. Are the servers currently down? If so I'll wait till they come back online to see if this failed purchase pop up error is still going on. Hopefully not because I'm not attempting to make any.
After every patch / update the error goes away for a while then it comes back. I tried reinstalling the game, deleted my payment methods too, but the error persists. I'm not sure anyone else having this issue. I'm just trying to figure out if it's a bug or a possible hack.
