Please help, i've been banned in my account for " investigation", and after more than 1 week of talking to the support and sending verifications and proofs that i dont even understand why i need to prove my account in mine, they told me that " we cant give you the login details because we dont know if it's your account" ?????

I have all the login details, the email is my own personal work email, and it's my real name in my account, it's a end game account that i worked for 2+ years to get, and after 1 week of support they don't even understand that i dont need login details, i have everything, just got wrongly banned.... please help
