i have 2 accounts my main being a 9.4million and my alt which you can have being a 4.1/4.2million fluctuated when i try different builds im extremly pissed off as ive got krisk and helictath with tons of progression on it over the last year or two and it says ive been banned.

ive broken no TOS i dont use programs like apk hacks cheat engine to speed it up or anything like that and ive been unfairly banned ive spent money and if it cant get sorted im going to have my bank chargeback on all the money ive spent on the account but im looking for help on why first and to see if i can get this fixed
