I started playing the game today. I spent $35 on microtransactions, leveled up equipment and characters, but when I tried linking my Facebook account and changing my profile name, it didn't work. So I logged out of the game and relaunched it to see if that would fix the issue,`but instead the game was reset and didn't remember any of my character information. I would like that information restored as soon as possible. If it can't be restored, I expect my money back

I opened a ticket through support but received a generic response pointing me to solutions that don't work. I need assistance from an actual customer service representative
