I messaged you guys earlier. I have spent hundreds of dollars and never asked for anything... but I’m irritated that I have lost over 1000 energy over bad connection or timeout issues. More than anything, I just want a response. But the massive amount of earned energy and 3 lost clan boss keys really put me over the edge. I am aggravated about how fast Plarium takes your money... and how slow they make things right by the very people who keep them in business.

I understand your frustration and I have lost as well. They have given us gifts of energy and CB keys. I know it doesn't make up for what you have lost but I'd write a letter to support.
