I've sent 3 emails over the past 2 weeks with screenshots but have not received a reply yet. Anytime I have a connection error, I go on YouTube and I'm able to watch w/o any problems as well as other websites. I clear my cache and still have no luck. I'm playing on a samsung galaxy s3 tablet

I'm having the same relogin loop problem. Since 8 am, its 3:28 pm, now - I have not been able to get any further than the shot above. I created a Plarium account but don't know how to get the ID number now the game wont start to try using Bluestacks to play it. I usually play Raid on my Huawei P10 and it has been fine up until today.
What can I do?

After clan boss battle couldn’t connect to update results. Would not reconnect for about 1/2 hour. When I was able to connect again my clan boss key was used up but the results of my battle did not register. Did over 2 million damage on easy.

I can’t log in. It has now been almost three days. I was able to log in this morning for a short time and then it stopped again. I am 1 day quest to finish my monthly and am worried I will lose my shard rewards.
This issue is also affecting my wife’s account. How can this still be happening? There are tons of people on discord saying about the new update and I can’t even log in to see it for myself.
Plarium please take a look at my purchase history, and my dedication to a game that has more than its fair share of issues, and get me back in the game please. I don’t wish to look for another game to enjoy, but after three days I am not far from searching for an alternative
