Hello I had just gotten a new phone and I was switching everything over to my new phone I got to Facebook so I can get to my account on my new phone but when I sinstalled raid it started me all over my character user name is is player 57260410

I also lost everything that I spent on the game, because I can’t remember the random series of numbers on my account I have lost the money I put into the game, was not expecting this to happen so didn’t make a note, and was only linking to Facebook so I could change the name, not great and very annoyed

I linked my account to Facebook and as soon as it had me sign in it started my whole game over i lost all my characters I’ve earned also lost the money i put into the game buying packs is there anyway i can recover the account or at least get back the money i literally spent today on the game so i can rebuy the packs i had at least 500 red gems already now i have to start all over
