I downloaded through jontron link. Word for the word it says. “As a bonus if you download through my link you will get 50k silver immediately and a free epic champion”

I downloaded this game from link demolition ranch promoted with 50k silver a free epic hero. Didn't not receive hero. How can we fix this?? I have messaged tech support everyday since first downloaded the game. No answer from anyone. 

I downloaded this game using the link from demolition ranch saying 50k silver and free epic hero. Never received hero. I have sent a ticket every day since I first downloaded the game. Zero answers. Are yall not fixing this?? These youtubes are promoting your game to millions of people and yall are not keep up with your side of the agreement.
