I contacted plarium first because previously I had requested  2 refunds out of the 10  I made due to wrong packs bought and I was automatically banned . OK understood they have policies . This time I want to request a single refund due to kid buying a pack and when I messaged them a week later they replied they will auto ban for multi refund request and to ask google for a refund.  I don't want banned . And also is it only on 2 or more refunds or even just one .?
