Hi, so I bought the bulk value pack which contains 2 void shards. I am concerned due to not receiving the rewards in my inbox. Please get this resolved, it cost me 30$. I have recorded proof of purchase and the value message which clearly states it contains what I asked for. I have to complete this for another currency in another game.

I only care about the void shards, however I want to make it clear I did not receive the offered gems, or the promised silver or anything besides partial loot. Does it give out throughout several days or something?
