I keep on getting this error whenever I try to do a purchase with my linked card or adding a new prepaid card. I don't understand what seems to be the problem.

I get the samething Suspicious activities detected, I bought stuff before and now eveything is giving me that message when I try to buy something. I have sent 2 reports about this to support 12 hours ago and nothing... no sounds no video
