Bug- my silver raid pass has expired and asked me to update my payment methods in Google play. I removed it from the subscription but now I can't purchase the pass as it still says I need to manage my payment options. All cards etc are fine so no issues there.

I have tried everything including clearing play store cache etc. Also tried it on my iOS to see if that would work.
