This happened to me again yesterday. Twice in about 8 days that Plarium double charged me for a pack that I then had to wait 12+ hours to receive the items for.

This seems to be a repeatable issue on 0/1 packs within the store. There are a couple now that I would buy, but I don't want to because I'm afraid of this occurring again. 

Both tickets I opened I felt like the rep really didn't give a damn. I've spent close to $2000 dollars in July alone, which I wrongly assumed would give me any sort of help getting my items in a more timely manner. Maybe I'm being too "Karen"...

I love the game & I'm clearly willing to drop some money on it, but when it feels like more of a hassle to buy from the shop than not...
