Good morning, I paid for an extra savings pack this morning, but received a connection error while completing the transaction. The transaction appears in my paypal account, but I have not received it. Can provide screenshots of paypal transaction upon request. I'd prefer to receive the items, but if that is not possible, I would like the money returned to my paypal. Please let me know what further information is required of me.
