The system for auto renewing the raid card doesnt work. I end up with two or three days of lost benefits. Platinum take the money on time. At the end of the year three days lost per month is the equivalent of a full month of benefits stolen. This needs fixing. As usual I have woken up to no raid card today. Payment has been taken as usual.
