I have place 3 tickets and all get closed without any help. I cannot purchase a raid pass because it was purchased on another account. I cannot restore my purchase without getting a “server error”. I got a refund and tried to purchase it again only to get another server error.

Hi I have the same issue. I opened a ticket 3 days ago but no response besides automated. Money has already been deducted but I can’t get the pass. I even submitted evidence of payment etc. This is very frustrating and makes me less likely to want to purchase anything else. If I can’t get this fixed how do I get a refund?
