I also didnt recive my pack of gems i bought. So i made 2 purchases for first one i recived my pack of gems and second i havent it said transaction could not be made cause of connection error but i was charged an didnt recive my gems. Please resolve this. Player id um39389070 | 38671384

I commented under the gem section a few days ago, but no one replied. I paid $9.99 for the 2100 gems over a month. I’m not getting any daily gems. I checked the daily progress area. Regretting making a purchase. Please respond. Thanks

Bought a $70 legendary tomes and 15 void shard packs and was charged 2x and recieved nothing. I want charges dropped and I'm done buying anything from you guys again. This having to go through forum for support is nonsense. Called bank waiting call back. I'm not going to wait around for you to do something

Got off phone with bank , charges are being reversed. I still will not purchase anything due to the fact that that I have to run the maze of the forum to try to contact someone. If you don't care about customer service , I won't buy anything again. I suggest FIX TECH SUPPORT. Stop being lazy.
