Recently bought a pack for £28.99 as an offer which was available to purchase once. However the payment was taken twice despite myself not having the option to buy it more than once. This has led me to check the rest of my purchases and I have since noticed a second issue where a pack for £99.99 was bought three times despite the offer only being available to buy twice. My ticket was responded to once and has since then not been replied to. Is this some kind of a joke? Also is there a place to check purchase history on an account to double check?
