account was deducted, haven't received anything. also what happened to the account I started two days ago. everything disappeared and I had to start all over

I just bought the final 29 levels of the gold pass and I didn't recieve at least 2-3 ancient shards and possibly more items but I thought I'd better get this issue known sooner rather than later. Please help I've been ignored on another issue I'd really appreciated if someone actually helped
