Hi,

I'm a new player for this game and decided to buy the "daily gem pack" today. The payment went without any issues. I went then to the "daily gem pack" in the shop and tried to claim my 1st daily package of gems (250). It marked it as "Cialmed" but not a single gem has been added to my account.
I've tired to open "support" tab inside the game but facing forever lasting "loading" information therefore I've created the post here.

Any help regarding my issue is appreciated.
