A similar thing happened to me, I bought the 24.99% I got an error so I did it again few seconds after, I got charged twice and I didn't receive it once.

I even got 1 email (out of 2) saying my purchase went through google (I did it on my phone).

I would appreciate immediate assistance in this matter.

Update: 2days after, I received 1 of the two rewards I paid for.
