I attempted to buy the special silver pack for $10.00.  I was supposed to receive 4,000k silver.  When I tried to purchase the pack, I received an error.  I tried multiple times and got the same error.  I was then charged 4 times for the pack but did not receive any silver.  I also only wanted to buy 1 pack.

I only wanted to purchase 1 pack, not 4 packs.  I didnt receive anything and was charged 4 times.  I would like a refund for 3 of the packs and 4,000k silver for 1 pack that I wanted to purchase.
