Ingame support is down for a few days, so trying it this way;

Bought a silver raid pass a week or so ago. Worked fine until 3 days ago. Card was billed en shop says the silver raid card is active, but not getting the benefits.

Please reinstate and either add 3 days, or compensate in lost silver / experience or energy or restitution of 3/30 of money paid.
