I recently purchased 2 packs and was overcharged by $5 for one pack and $10 for another. I opened a ticket and was told it wasn’t possible to have been overcharged and any error was on apples end. I contacted Apple support and they also claim zero responsibility. I replied in the ticket and was again told in not so many words that they don’t care and it’s not the app developers issue. After spending hundreds of dollars on this game my continued business is also no concern of this company. After saying as much about no customer loyalty no refund no in game compensation and not even an apology I said I won’t be spending more money on this game and to that was told “ Thanks for the feedback. We have given you all the information we are going to give you on the matter”.  My mind is blown 2 mins of someone’s time and I would have happily continued spending my money here but not after this and over $15
