The payment processing can take some time since every transaction goes through several stages.
First, it should be processed by your payment provider, then by AppStore or Google Play, and only after that by our server.
As soon as the purchase is processed, you will receive the purchased items.
In case the issue remains unresolved in a few hours please get back to me.
