I purchased the 13.99 starter pack my first day playing, then after looking at my bank statement i was acctually charged 2 times for the starter pack

I have had the same issue twice now. Purchased bulk value pack for $29.99 , received 1 set of items listed for the pack and was charged twice! Didn’t realize it but the same thing happened in the beginning of December. Customer support auto response says some items are broken down and charged individually 🤨! The total for the pack is $29.99, I received 1 set of items listed and was charged $59.98 plus tax! Hellooo!

Same here - I purchased a medium pack for $22.99 AUD and my receipt from apple was for two packs both on the same day. The funny thing is that in game you the purchase has a 1 time purchase limit on it so even if I wanted 2 i couldn't. I only recieved items for one purchase. Apple say i'm not entitled to a refund. Any idea what course of action to taken now?
