Yesterday i bought 2 void packs and my bank account said i paid for them but i havent gotten them. I made a ticket ingame but no reply yet so im trying this way. I hope you can fix this asap because im missing the void booster this way

A couple of hours ago I bought the a package called the sacred daily pack along with the bonus offer pack I was only charged for one of them for 31.76 and I never got it I would be grateful if some one could get this resolved before the package I did not receive leaves the shop. I had the same issue today. Purchased the 29.99 gem pack and there was an error. Took money no gems
