Bought the daily gem pack and was charged but got nothing. No conformation of perches. Can see change in Google play  store and credit card. Pack is still in the store, tried to tap on it, nothing happens. Please jest give me what i paid for or refund.  Player id um35238346 | 34626211.

Same issue except I didn’t have enough for pack, charged me anyways so I had to get another iTunes card to get it sorted out. My funds are gone but haven’t received anything. Contacted in-game support but no reply.
