I have already posted a ticket ingame Plarium support (4 days ago) but have not received any response... other than a canned response. I purchased the Bonus Shard Pack but only received 1 Sacred Shard. I'm missing x5 Ancient and x3 Void shards 1000 Energy and 800 Gems. I've posted 2 additional messages to the support ticket over the past 2 days, no response.

I have a question. I bought a marge pac kage for 27,99 euro, but didnt receive the 11x void shards. I did receive the gems and silv er but not the shards? Where can i report? They appeared in my inbox but dont show in portal
