I'm not assuming anything. I only received a hero crystal. The other items never came.

Was it this pack or one that looked like it (in that there's a calendar icon on the bottom)?

I know I'm missing items. I loss a little now..... you guy's lost big. All you had to do was make it right

I have done tried the support ticket crap. You guys have that tripped out, too.
