I have the same prob. But no idea how to fix it.. I have trying everything to figure it out. 

I'm having the same problem. I contacted Raid support and they told me to contact Google Play. I spent an hour with Google Play and they said the error is not on their end it's on Raid's end. I emailed Raid support the transcript of the Google Play chat. Hopefully this will get fixed. I would really like to renew my subscriptoin

That took payment for it but I did not get it.

And support in game dies not even work

So I recently picked up raid again and the problem still persists. 

I've tried everything that Google suggested, deleting cache, reinstalling, factory settings on phone. Nothing works, I've contacted Plarium with email and my Plarium ID, and I've told them the whole issue with screenshots of the problem.

If I get an answer and solution from them, I'll post it here asap, and if anyone else have found a solution please let me know.

Hey again! So after some time the support at Plarium helped me out, it was kinda a dance of "it's Googles fault, and Google said no it's on their end".
