Same here and a refund resulted in me getting banned, stay away from this game.

Attempted to purchase the special progression pack for 9.99 and was charged and never recieved any of the items. I also have two pending charges for 4.99 so I guess i’m being charged double and getting nothing out of it. Any help would be appreciated , apple didn’t help much.

I lost money too. I did purchase 2 small pack but get nothing. I don’t know where and how to contact game team support for it. This game is totally a scam. Stay away from this game people.

I purchased the special progression pack as well as a daily single ancient shard pack, the payment went through but I haven't recieved the items in my inbox. I posted a support ticket for the issue, please help.
