There is this thing called, dispute with your bank or CC for a refund. That’s what I did, made 2 purchases and screen shot the results of not getting anything..as long as they are under $25 total or single purchase. You should have no issue getting a refund, this company lacks any track logging of POS purchases, they always want screen shots. So I gave them a F U in return and got my money back.

Hey, I´ve just bought one of the packs of 4 epic shards, from which I´ve recieved 1 epic champ and three rare ones. Then, because I´m really stupid I´ve bought the legendary pack of 1 legendary shard, some silver and gems, which was quaranteed to me that would give me a legendary champ and I´ve got a epic one. These were the pack from the current sale action. I´d like to request the refund or atleast what I´ve paid for.
