I don't know of anybody else is experiencing the same issue but after upgrading the champions with the new soul shirts you can no longer use them in any battles they just freeze and kick you out I have contacted techno technical support they told me a bunch of different things that made no sense tried them all still doing the same thing told them exactly what's happening now they're basically calling me a liar and telling me I have to take a video to show them exactly what's happening which they should have basically all the characters with all means to be able to test it for themselves but they would rather make their clients do it all for them

I don't think they're trying to call you a liar, so much as get you to recreate the bug so it's easier to identify/fix what's going wrong. If they're asking you to do it, it means they likely can't reproduce the bug themselves, too. 

I totally understand what you're saying bud but I've gone through every single step they've given me re-downloaded the game three or four more times wasted over 200 energy which they say they cannot reimburse  On a case by case basisbut they'd like me to keep trying for their testing purposes so they can diagnose the problem I've given them the characters of given the situation I've given them all the answernow I've sent the video I wish I could post it on here but it won't allow me to do the screenshot video
