Here are the screenshots, i'm playing on an Iphone 13 pro and Macbook Pro.

To be clear: did you fuse Justiciar (the void), then use him to fuse Relickeeper? 

If so, I would open a support ticket. If you received Justiciar from voids and used him to fuse Relickeeper, then you need to manually fuse Justiciar. 

I think i did fuse Justiciar, that was a while back..

The reason I asked is I've really never heard of this being a bug. Since you have everyone but Warmaiden, I'd farm her to fuse Justiciar. It should be noted that if you fused Justiciar before version 1.13, it won't have counted retroactively. That was changed after version 1.13.
