Items don't upgrade but then upgrade later. Player can't see how much silver it costs.
Device: PC, through Plarium;
OS: Windows 10;
WTR (way to reproduce an issue):
Step 1: Take high quality piece of gear (haven't seen it happen with low level gear)
Step 2: Try to upgrade with the 'auto-upgrade' button. (Normal button also seems to give the same result after bug is triggered but I've only triggered the bug using the auto-upgrade button.)
Step 3: Item remains same level and game loops the upgrade sequence.
Step 4: Stop the upgrade process and wait an indeterminite amount of time.
Step 5: Check item again to see it is now a high level (one of mine was level 11).
Description:
When upgrading items they sometimes don't upgrade. It seems like server lag but it takes a few hours for the game to fix itself (maybe a reset...). Silver seems to be consumed for every upgrade attempt but at the rate of however much it would cost for level 1 (about 400 gold roughly). It seems this silver is later consumed at the normal rate per level of enchantment. It's just that players don't know how much they're spending on each enchantment level.
Screenshots below: you can see me succeed but note that my energy is 76 and money is 525,115, then in the next screen shot the item is still level 0 but I have 77 energy and 442,315 money.
