Now I would like to move on to the problem that I encountered from the purchase of the energy and multi-battle package, until today I have been silent understanding your situation, but the game is having serious problems in multi-battle, which DOES NOT WORK it does the first and despite winning the game stops, as you can see from the two screenshots.

Also most of my purchased multibattles (and I still have one but don't use it) have been wasted as they haven't worked the same problem I've been having for days. I climb the multi-battle but they don't stop at each fight, I would like at least if possible to be compensated for the package that had 50 x2 + 50x2 +50 and more the energy of the purchased multi-battles, I don't want money, but if possible the return of the package.

I did not film because the energy used is purchased with my gems which then nobody gives me back once it is consumed.

Taking a screenshot of a dead team you would have told me my team didn't work, but it didn't. I hope you understand that I never write except for problems related to the game and I never argue, but now I am forced as I am buying packages and even if I understand your situation very well, I cannot lose out.

I also report the bug in the Rago's Lair where I enter level 9 and the spiders quietly attack continuously with my team not reacting, they don't have the turn which they should have, also because it is a level that I did in 40 seconds without ever having losses and here they are not not moving, but even yesterday I got to the point that the spiders also attack the dead team.

I hope it's just a momentary problem because if not the game is having real problems.
