Twice in 2 weeks my reward from Clan Bosses was Void shards plus other minor pieces.
both times after clicking CLAIM I got nothing.
Other rewards from Clan Bosses I receive, but it seems when the reward comes with Void shards there's a bug where I get nothing.
compensation of some armor and silver is also very lame and nowhere near the value of the undelivered Void shard.
Next time you claim your cb loot, if you see a void can you record your screen as you claim it and then go look for it?

I don't call myself support, I'm just a mod who wanted to try and help you, I just needed to see it happen.
Sorry Mod. I'm very frustrated with the situation. I will wait until the Void shard comes up again as a reward & do a screen record.
