I sent a ticket yesterday to raid support with my purchase history and ingame username. 

I don't know you guys would consider a bug but this just feels wrong to me. I've pulled over 200 void shard mark to go into the mercy (closing in on 300) and still haven't received anything.

My username is : Blackeyered

All I gotten so far is an automated email saying my ticket has been sent off. How long roughly should I expect to wait and hear something back about this ?
