I reported a small bug, in which a mission was slightly incorrectly described (collect an item of a certain type, but they omitted to put in that it had to be a certain star level). It would have taken a couple of minutes to fix the text, it could be rolled out with the next update. A quick "thanks, we'll check it out" was all that I expected.

Instead I have been repeatedly fobbed off with canned answers that showed that they had neither read my description nor checked the problem.

a) read this FAQ (it was not there)

b) you CAN complete the mission by doing what it says (duh, I know I can complete it, I already did, that was in my report, and also no, I had to do more than it said.)

c) we have testers, there are no bugs (why do you even HAVE a bug report system then if you're so perfect); read the mission description (I can't, I already completed it, it's gone, are you a total idiot?); read the FAQ (umm, no. Still not there.)

This really does not bode well for the game. If they are going to ignore all feedback, without bothering to investigate it, and insult people who offer helpful reports, then it's not something I want to spend any money on.
