Final Day 7 Champion Rewards not given for my account.

OS: PC Windows 10

The champions that would be given on the pop-up events, ex. "Log in for 7 days, get 4* vamp. set 1-6 and day 7 get Shaman unit. The event has been done on my account for months, but I never recieved the shaman. It is checked off on the "event" but my index shows I never recieved her. Additionally, it seems to be a bug because now that ths "S1mple Chase" event has started, the New Player one is appearing as if it is in the process of being completed. I fear the S1mple Chase event is going to have the same issue and I won't be able to collect that unit either.
